We are looking for a Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis working a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern. The role is based in a fast-paced chilled food environment, which requires initiative and an ability to “think on your feet”.
The role of the Shift Engineer is primarily to support the running of the factory by resolving breakdowns and by delivering maintenance and departmental KPIs. Secondly they are also required to drive improvement across the site in good Engineering Practice, and performance.
The Successful Individual
To be successful in the role, you will have the following required skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications:
- Engineering Knowledge both electrical and mechanical
- ONC Minimum, NVQ3 preferred
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment (Maintenance environment preferred)
