Specification Technologist

Type: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000

The main objectives of this role are:

  • To effectively create and update customer submission paperwork and specifications for all customers at site.
  • To provide professional, effective and efficient administrative support to Development functions and specific specification and artwork customer requests and queries.
  • To support New Product Development projects for both Tottle Bakery and Riverside Bakery, in-line with the Addo Food Group and customer requirements.

Pork Farms - Nottingham

Riverside Bakery - Nottingham

Dorset Foods - Shaftesbury

Palethorpes - Market Drayton

Poole Bakery – Poole


Each is a standalone business unit and a specialist centre with expert teams focused on leading the thinking, development and understanding of their category.
