Hours: 40 Hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)
We are currently looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team at our Dorset Foods site in Shaftesbury.
You will be required to work weekly rotating shifts (05:30 – 14:30, 13:30-22:30)
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the production team to ensure efficient productivity whilst ensuring product integrity is met. Ability to work under pressure are a must along with being hard-working, reliable and being able to work as part of a team.
•Effectively manage the labour resource to ensure plan adherence and production efficiency targets are met.
