HR & Reception Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm ( with 1 hour unpaid break)

Office Based: Yes

Salary: £20,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Both HR Systems and Employees E Files are kept up to date
  • Support the HR team with the new starter process including related administration work
  • Produce letters where required
  • Take calls from the absence line. Updating the absence tracker and communicating as appropriate to Managers on a daily basis.
  • Manage the Return to Work (RTW) process as part of the Absence process
  • Conduct welfare calls to short term absent employees
  • Liaise with both payroll and HR advisors
  • Carry out Reception tasks such as Post, ordering stationary and liaising with Cannon.
  • Ensure that reception is presentable at all times for visitors

 

What you need for this role:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Works well in a team, as well as independently
  • Numerical ability to record and analyse data
  • IT literate (MS office tools including excel)
  • Demonstrates a can do positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Shows Initiative
